Partner Content: Thanksgiving brunch, seasonal afternoon tea and takeaway feasts launch the hotel’s festive celebrations, with more still to be revealed.
The festive season is getting underway at Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre, with Thanksgiving setting the scene for the celebrations ahead. This November, the hotel is introducing its first festive offerings, bringing family and friends together over roast turkey, autumn-inspired afternoon tea and feasts to enjoy at home.
These opening highlights offer an early taste of the season, with further experiences, celebrations and announcements to follow throughout December and January. For now, here is how the festivities begin.
Thanksgiving Brunch at Yalumba

Thanksgiving takes centre stage at Yalumba’s Sunday Family Brunch, where the carving stations lead the occasion. Roast turkey comes with gravy and cranberry sauce, alongside honey-glazed ham studded with cloves, prime rib and maple-roasted chicken with thyme.
Autumn harvest salads, cornbread Caesar salad and chestnut and herb cornbread stuffing round out the spread. A dedicated children’s buffet gives younger diners their own selection to explore, making this an opportunity to bring the whole family together as the season gets started.
Packages are priced at AED 225 (soft beverages), AED 325 (house beverages) and AED 395 (premium beverages). Children aged six to 12 dine for AED 115.

Thanksgiving Afternoon Tea at Gourmandises
For a catch-up over tea and something sweet, Gourmandises is introducing its Thanksgiving Harvest Collection from 19 to 30 November 2026. The limited-edition afternoon tea for two takes its cue from the flavours of the American holiday, pairing a selection of teas with miniature desserts.
Pecan and pumpkin pies share the spread with caramel choux and ginger macarons. The collection also includes a 1kg spiced pumpkin and caramel cheesecake to take home, giving hosts an alternative option for a decadent dessert course.
Festive feasts to take Home

The first festive launches also include something for those gathering around their own dining table. Available from 26 November 2026 to 1 January 2027, the hotel’s Festive Goodies and Turkey Takeaway Collection carries the celebrations from Thanksgiving into the weeks that follow.
Traditional turkey is available in three sizes, with prices starting from AED 660, and comes with festive trimmings. The choice of sizes makes it easier to find a centrepiece suited to your gathering, whether you are feeding a smaller group or bringing the extended family together.
Other roast options include honey-glazed gammon ham and US Black Angus striploin, so turkey need not be the only contender on your festive table this holiday season.
Christmas cakes and sweet treats
Alongside the roasts, the collection introduces a selection of Christmas cakes and sweet gifts. Choose a traditional Yule log, a Dundee cake to share over tea or a gingerbread house for a seasonal centrepiece.
Handcrafted mince pies, truffles and assorted praline gifts are also available, whether you are planning your own gathering or taking something sweet to friends and family.
More celebrations to come

November marks the beginning of Le Méridien Dubai Hotel & Conference Centre’s festive programme. With more experiences and celebrations to be announced throughout December and January, these first offerings set the table for the season ahead. Keep an eye out for the next announcements as the hotel reveals more ways to celebrate.
