The French Mediterranean brand is preparing to open at Jumeirah Beach Hotel this winter.

FACT award-winning La Petite Maison has been part of Dubai’s dining story since its DIFC restaurant opened in 2010. Its French Mediterranean menu and sociable dining room have helped make the brand a familiar name in the city. Now, that legacy is entering a beachfront chapter with LPM-Sur-Mer.

The seasonal LPM-Sur-Mer is scheduled to open at Jumeirah Beach Hotel in winter 2026, with the brand’s recruitment material describing it as a beachfront restaurant inspired by the French Riviera.

According to Condé Nast Traveller Middle East, the venue will include dining spaces, a lounge and beach experiences. Plans also feature a private pétanque court, with music, wellness and family activities on the programme.

Recipes are being developed specifically for the venue, although individual dishes remain unannounced. Further spaces and experiences will follow the initial launch, with the precise opening day and reservation details still to be revealed.

Cocktails will also have a central role, with plans for a drinks list developed specifically for the beachfront restaurant. LPM already has a cocktail closely tied to its Dubai history: the Tomatini. Created by mixologist Jimmy Barrat for the restaurant in 2010, the savoury serve combines tomatoes, vodka and balsamic vinegar, and has since become one of the brand’s signatures.

The LPM brand began in London’s Mayfair in 2007 and has since expanded to include FACT award-winning restaurants in Abu Dhabi, Doha and Riyadh, alongside international outposts in Miami and Hong Kong. Its culinary identity remains rooted in the Côte d’Azur, with dishes designed for sharing, including the ever-popular Warm Prawns with Olive Oil, Burrata with Cherry Tomatoes and Basil, Lamb Cutlets with olives, aubergine caviar and pine nuts.

LPM-Sur-Mer is not the brand’s only new Dubai opening this season. Le Café LPM will introduce an all-day café in Jumeirah on 23 October 2026, serving breakfast, lunch, pâtisserie, aperitivo and dinner. The menu will span tartines, steak frites and pan-fried Dover sole, offering another way to experience the brand’s South of France influences.
