Whilst music fills the air, sample signature dinner time dishes like Pateis de Baacalhau (salted codfish croquettes) to start, before moving onto Bacalhau com Natas (oven-baked cod gratin), Arroz de Tamboril (a fish-based rice stew), Cataplana de Peixe (Algarve fish stew cooked in a special copper pot) and round your meal off lingering over coffee with delicacies like Pasteis de Nata (custard tarts), Mousse de Lima (lemon mousse) or Bolo de Bolacha (a biscuit-based cake).
