An electrifying nocturnal adventure is coming to Billionaire Dubai

Billionaire Dubai continues its innovative approach to luxury dining through a combination of entertainment, interiors and food.

Pioneering a unique dining experience, paired with a dramatically orchestrated show, Billionaire Dubai looks set to ensure an electrifying masterpiece of entertainment when it opens in Dubai later this month. 

A multi-dimensional playground, with entertainment at the core of the experience, Billionaire Dubai has enlisted a host of talented performers, acrobats and singers, to create a thrilling spectacle that adopts a grown-up approach to hedonism. 

Billionaire Dubai’s Artistic Production Director, Montserrat Moré brings incredible experience to her new role, having previously been part of Cirque du Soleil, Lío and Pacha in Ibiza. Today Moré brings her artistic vision, creativity and production know-how to the Billionaire Dubai stage. In addition to the dinner entertainment, Billionaire will regularly host leading DJs and artists from around the world.

Gastronomy continues to reign supreme with authentic, fresh and extraordinary food presented with an elegant and theatrical touch. A delectable culinary offering of two distinct menus has been curated by celebrity chef Batuhan Piatti Zeynioglu, using the finest ingredients. In a nod to the brand’s Italian heritage, the menu captivates with quintessential Italian flavours; with signature dishes including homemade pasta. Additionally, a new-Asian menu adopts a modern interpretation of Asian cuisine, incorporating traditional as well as new-world cooking techniques. Live-fire dishes cooked on a Josper grill are served up alongside favourites like the Billionaire roll, and a varied selection of sushi, sashimi and bao buns.
