Dubai’s Greek dining scene has a new arrival on the horizon. Siga Siga is coming to 25hours Hotel One Central, where it will replace Tandoor Tina with a contemporary taverna built around good company, conversation and a lively atmosphere.

The new Paris Society concept takes its cue from parea, the Greek tradition of gathering friends around the table. That social approach will shape the restaurant from day to night, with a relaxed mood during daytime dining giving way to more energetic evenings.

Indoor and outdoor spaces will offer different ways to settle in, including a garden terrace for al fresco meals. A lively bar will form part of the venue, while DJs and live percussion will bring music into the evening experience. The aim is to create a place where getting together is as much a draw as sitting down to eat.

The change marks a new chapter for the restaurant space previously occupied by Tandoor Tina, which focused on Indian-inspired cooking over fire. Siga Siga will join a hotel dining line-up that includes ERNST Biergarten, rooftop Monkey Bar and Nomad Day Bar by Nightjar Coffee.

Located near Dubai World Trade Centre, 25hours Hotel One Central already brings together dining, nightlife and cultural experiences, including Cinema Akil’s seasonal outdoor screenings. Siga Siga’s combination of a sociable dining room, outdoor space and evening entertainment looks well suited to the hip hotel.

The restaurant forms part of Paris Society’s wider UAE expansion across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, with openings planned from late 2026 into early 2027. The programme also includes ANZU Beach Club, a Mediterranean beachfront destination at Al Hamra Boardwalk in Ras Al Khaimah.

“The strength of a brand is knowing what to preserve and where to adapt,” says Paris Society CEO Rizwan Kassim. “As we enter new markets, our focus is on keeping the character guests recognise while building a restaurant that belongs in its destination.”

For Siga Siga, that means bringing Greek taverna culture into one of Dubai’s most characterful hotels. Further details, including the menu and a specific opening date, will be revealed soon.
