Marasi Bay Island looks set to be a dazzling development. Located in the Burj Khalifa District in Dubai, it is poised to become a premier luxury lifestyle destination. VELA Viento, Dorchester Collection, Dubai, will rise 180 metres and include 95 luxury residences. The development is designed by Foster + Partners with interiors by Gilles & Boissier. Its features will include sky-high infinity pools, gyms, private lobbies, and direct access to The Lana Hotel.
The Lana Hotel and Residences opened in 2024, which is home to fine-dining restaurants and the Middle East’s first Dior Spa. ENARA by OMNIYAT, a luxury commercial tower, is set to open in 2027. The site will connect residents and businesses to high-end dining, marina services, and wellness facilities.
