Sucre is hosting a four-course dinner in celebration of the diverse flavours of Argentina. The event will feature two acclaimed chefs, Javier Rodriguez and Julieta “Chula” Galvez, showcasing their creativity using locally-sourced ingredients. Javier is an Argentinian chef and entrepreneur who owns five restaurants, including the renowned Papagayo. Galvez is an accomplished pastry chef known for her unique desserts, often featuring edible flowers, widely regarded as works of art. The menu they have created includes dishes such as Tartare Tonnato and Grilled Maillard Duck with Pine nut purée, roasted red pepper, and raspberry vinaigrette. Guests will also enjoy a range of wines. Monday 8 May, from 8pm. AED 450 per person.
