Savour signature sips

World-renowned bartender Shingo Gokan will collaborate with Mimi Kakushi for an evening of marvellous mixology. Visiting the UAE from The SG Club in Tokyo, Shingo Gokan has earned prestigious titles such as International Bartender of the Year at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards in 2017 and the Altos Bartenders award in 2019. Guests can anticipate an immersive journey through expertly crafted cocktails that blend tradition and innovation, accompanied by in-house entertainment featuring selections from the Kikuchi vinyl cocktail menu. The signature sips include the Tokyo (Rémy Martin VSOP, Cointreau, Yuzu and Shiso) and the NYC (The Botanist Gin, Pear, Celeriac andTelmont Réserve Brut Champagne). Dine out at F.R.N.D.S. Grand Café

F.R.N.D.S. Grand Café will host a four-hands dinner this week featuring the culinary talents of Chef Matthis Grosjean and Chef Ian Baiocchi. Know for his innovative take on French cuisine, Chef Matthis Grosjean brings his expertise and passion to creations that offer a harmonious marriage of tradition and innovation. Joining him is Chef Ian Baiocchi, celebrated as one of Brazil’s most promising culinary talents, known for his work at IZ Restaurante. Available on 21 February. AED 499 per person.

Prepare for a memorable meal as Chef Kelvin Cheung and Chef Begoña Rodrigo unite for a four-hands dinner. For one night only, diners in the UAE can enjoy an eleven-course meal, showcasing elements from both chefs as part of the Dubai World Cuisine movement. The one-off menu features innovative creations such as Coconut with konbu-cured sea bream, Pani Puri with butter-poached Canadian lobster and Wagyu Mapo Short Ribs.
