Sahn Eddar, inside Burj Al Arab Jumeirah, has introduced its all-new afternoon tea. The menu pays homage to the flavours of Dubai and features Mango Coco Curry, Pistachio Religieuse and Karak Chai dulcey to start. These are followed by Salmon Brioche, Crab Rye Roll, Bresaola Toast and an assortment of freshly baked scones. For two evenings this weekend, Hakkasan Dubai hosts a collaboration between world-renowned mixology maestros, Andrew Ho and Bastien Ciocca from Hope & Sesame. Here, you can sample six signature cocktails or two mocktails designed exclusively for the event. The ‘Fairly Complicated’ combines gin, Long Jing tea, apple, white port, and grapefruit, while ‘Ango’ intrigues with its combination of rum, aromatic bitters, and beetroot.
