Nike Well Festival to make its Dubai debut

The festival will deliver two days of mindfulness, movement and sound.

Dubai loves its wellness events and fitness challenges, and now, it’s time to add another one to the calendar. Nike is bringing its globally renowned Well Festival to Dubai for the first time.

The Nike Well Festival, which will take place from 27 to 28 April 2024, is set to deliver a two-day extravaganza of mindfulness, movement, and sound. Brought to life by the Nike Well Collective, the Festival — running from 4pm to 11pm on both days — will be held at a custom-built location at Nara Desert Resort.

The Nike Well Festival is open to everyone, and the lineup is packed with wellness experiences designed to get you moving. The festival is divided into four zones.

First up is The Energy Circle, where you can sweat it out with high-intensity interval training, dancing, yoga, and sound healing sessions. This is followed by The Conversation Pit, where you can get some mental stimulation, indulge in panel discussions and participate in workshops.

Next up is The Sanctuary, where your mind and spirit are prioritised, too. Here, you’ll take part in breathing exercises, sound healing, and meditation to find your zen. Lastly, The Wadi is where you can fuel your body and mind. It has pre- and post-workout meals and snacks to keep you energised throughout the festival.

Tickets for the Nike Well Festival are available for AED 150. This grants you access to the wellness wonderland, and all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to the Al Jalila Foundation. The donation will support the ‘Heroes of Hope’ campaign, which helps determined people achieve their dreams.
