Music, meditation and mindfulness
The Main Stage at Tanweer Festival will host ancestral music, ambient performances, and awe-inspiring desert projections, while The Dome becomes a centre for thoughtful discourse and workshops. The Tree of Life offers a peaceful place for meditation and gathering, and Nourish serves organic, locally sourced cuisine, including vegan dishes and traditional Bedouin barbecues. Guests can also browse The Marketplace, a curated selection of handmade artisanal goods, and admire striking art installations spread across the sands. Anticipate an extraordinary festival experience featuring internationally renowned world artists in captivating concerts, rejuvenating ancient body-mind practices like breathwork and Zikr (remembrance).

Immersion in nature and culture
Organisers are making this three-day event unforgettable by offering meaningful add-ons like camping under the stars, horse riding, and moon gazing. Festivalgoers can also partake in guided excursions to Jebel Buhais and the Mleiha Archaeological Centre, a repository of prehistoric relics that offer comprehensive insights into the country’s post-Iron Age human settlement history.

A festival that leaves no trace
Tanweer remains firmly committed to sustainability. As a no-single-use-plastic event, it incorporates composting, reusable items, and zero-waste food stations throughout its programming. Education around sustainability is interwoven into the experience, encouraging guests to honour the land with the same reverence they bring to the stage.

The awe-inspiring Mleiha Archaeological Site, bathed in golden sunlight, will serve as the backdrop for this extraordinary event. A gathering of talented artists from around the globe will all tune into a singular message – the revival of our ancestral traditions through songs and traditional tunes.
