The FACT Award winning Mimi Kakushi has launched Minami Jazz Nights, which pairs the venue’s Kikuchi cocktail menu with the vibrant jazz scene of Osaka’s Minami district during the 1920s. Taking inspiration from the legendary ‘Kikuchi Shigeya,’ a trailblazing performer credited with reintroducing American Jazz to Japan, this weekly event marries music, mixology, and Japanese heritage. Witness The Guild’s second act

The Guild has unveiled its exciting second act with the opening of The Rockpool and The Salon. The former is an enchanting haven for seafood lovers, adorned with live king crab and Western Australian crayfish and boasting a 12-meter raw bar equipped with an oyster-shucking station. Highlights from the menu include Australian octopus carpaccio, grilled Hokkaido scallops and King crab cakes. Meanwhile, The Salon pays homage to the grill rooms of New York and Europe.
