Buddha-Bar Dubai will host its first-ever brunch

The 7th Heaven Brunch promises a party brunch with a divine Pan-Asian twist.

Hip Dubai nightlife spot Buddha-Bar is stepping out of the shadows with its first-ever brunch. The 7th Heaven Brunch, which launches this weekend, looks set to be a swanky lunchtime affair throughout the majestic two-storied venue known for its striking overhead chandeliers, opulent décor, impressive golden Buddha statue and large bay windows that look out across the waterways of Dubai Marina.

The heavenly new dining concept offers the venues Pan-Asian cuisine alongside a range of beguiling beverages and a lively and energetic soundtrack provided by Buddha-Bar’s resident DJ.

Buddha-Bar Brunch

Keeping with the heavenly theme, brunch-goers will be tucking into a diverse menu of out food options that are split into four imaginatively named sharing platters: Tengoku (Heaven), Sora (Sky), Yugen (Seen but not Seen) and Kumo (Clouds). Signature dishes on the menu include Oyster with aji Amarillo vinaigrette, Lobster Dumplings with chilli crab sauce and Wok-Fried Australian Beef Tenderloin with Szechuan sauce. Guests will also be invited to indulge in a selection of Sashimi, Pan-Fried Duck Pancakes with hoisin sauce, Egg Fried Rice and Grilled Marinated King Prawns with mango salsa.

Buddha-Bar Brunch

Vegetarians and vegans will also be looked after with a carefully curated menu that includes Green Papaya Salad, Roasted Peppers, Vegetable Dumplings with soy vinegar and Vegetable Spring Rolls with pineapple sauce. Vegetarian mains will offer a choice of Wok-Fried Cauliflower and Yaki Soba Noodles.

Brunch at Buddha-Bar culminates with a bountiful dessert platter containing a selection of heavenly desserts such as Mango Pudding, Chocolate Cake and Mochi Ice Cream.

The spread of Pan Asian signature dishes will be complemented by a range of grapes, hops and exclusive mocktails and cocktails.

The Buddha-Bar 7th Heaven Brunch is available on Fridays, from 1pm to 4pm. AED 450 per person (soft beverages), AED 525 (grapes and hopes) and AED 625 (house beverages).
