Mango Tree Thai Bistro introduces weekly children’s cooking classes

A fun kids activity that will leave your little ones with full bellies and lasting memories.

Are you looking for something fun to do with the kids? Mango Tree Thai Bistro is starting the year with interactive cooking classes specifically aimed at children.

The charming Thai bistro tucked away at Hilton Dubai The Walk is living up to its reputation as a community-focused concept with the introduction of weekly cooking classes for children. The ‘Mommy and me cooking class at Mango Tree’ will launch on 10 January from 4:30pm to 5:30pm, and will take place every Sunday.

These one-hour interactive cooking classes are led by Mango Tree Thai Bistro’s Head Chef Atip and look like a fantastic opportunity for some family bonding over a fun activity.

Aimed at children aged six to 12 years old, the classes will involve plenty of fun with foo and an educational slant where participants will learn about the ingredients, spices, recipes and Thai culture. The menu will change every week, but participants can expect to learn the cooking techniques and recipes for some of Mango Tree Thai Bistro signature dishes, including chicken flatbread, phad Thai, spring rolls and papaya salad.

All aspiring chefs will be provided with an apron and chef’s hat to use during the class and a personalised certificate to take home. Advanced booking is required as the restaurant can only accommodate a maximum of eight children per class. Classes are priced at AED 69 per child with the entire amount fully redeemable on the food and beverage for dine-in or takeaway consumption.
