Tuck into a stylish French lunch at Brasserie Boulud

Le Déjeuner is now served at Dubai’s newest Brasserie.

Brasserie Boulud, the new dining concept at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk from acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud has a special treat in store for lunch.

Offering French-inspired contemporary cuisine rooted in tradition, the new Le Déjeuner menu is prepared by French chef de cuisine Nicolas Lemoyne. Promising an eclectic lunchtime menu inspired by the rhythm of the seasons and utilising only the finest ingredients.

The stylish concept offers a contemporary French déjeuner that presents an appealing selection of appetisers such as Escargots de Bourgogne generously slathered in garlic-parsley butter or a Salade De Sucrine, prepared with a beguiling anchovies Pistou Ceasar dressing to bring a touch of Provence to Dubai.

Sumptuous main dishes include the Onglet De Boeuf Grillé A L’Echalotte, a grilled hanger steak prepared with a robust shallot sauce and served with creamed spinach and French fries. For something lighter, the daurade en papillotte is a steamed seabream fillet topped with fennel, tomato, scallion and herbs.

Completing the experience is the show-stopping Ile Flottante or floating island. An expertly prepared dessert of egg white, accompanied by vanilla bean, caramel sauce and tart strawberry jam that takes on the appearance of a fluffy cloud. A Selection De Fromages is also available.

If you’re looking to escape the office, impress an all-important client or simply enjoy a leisurely lunch with friends, the chic surrounds of Brasserie Boulud with its open show-kitchen, comfortable leather seating and impressive light fixtures will likely exceed expectations.

Bringing the true meaning of “gastronomie Francaise” to Dubai, Brasserie Boulud is conveniently located ten minutes from DIFC and offers exceptional service and lunch that can be as long or short as you like.

Le Déjeuner is available Sunday to Thursday, from 12:30pm to 3pm. AED 125 (choice of appetiser or dessert with one main course, tea, coffee and water) or AED 150 (choice of one appetiser, main course, dessert, tea, coffee and water). The a la carte menu is also available.
