The shop-meets-bar will be a chic spot.

So Much Trouble is bringing some chic to the city, and mixing things up with its new cafe-meets-shop. Created by Solutions Group, the experiential space brings together dresses and drinks. So, if you love to shop over a drink or three, check out the stylish spot.

So Much Trouble describes itself as the UAE’s first fashion house-meets-cocktail bar, and is scheduled to open beside the Chihuly sculpture in Atlantis, The Palm’s grand lobby. So Much Trouble is a high-fashion hideaway where archival icons and future-forward labels share the same rail.

Dominique Laird, Creative Director of Solutions Leisure Group, has created the concept, which was previously located at InterContinental Dubai Marina. The retail offering brings together cool designers, luxury vintage items and unique cult brands. The brands range from high-end ones like Chanel, Hermes and Givenchy, to cult ones like Isabel Moore, Lama Jouni, Oceanus and Oséree. The collection will be carefully curated, and the resort-style backdrop will be just as swanky.

The boutique launches with a vision that goes beyond shopping. Expect in-suite styling, high tea with a twist at Plato’s Lounge, trunk shows, and collaborations designed for the city’s most discerning style set. Velvet furnishings, golden light, and a playlist that nods to rock-and-roll chic set the tone inside.

Solutions Leisure Group is behind a range of successful restaurants and bars in the UAE. The concepts include the Pan Asian restaurant, Asia Asia; live music and family-friendly venue, Lock, Stock & Barrel; Italian restaurant, Papas Dubai; bar, restaurant and beach club, The 305; New York steakhouse, STK; and sundowner spot, Ula. Plus, the multi-wellness space, Blended Wellness, which offers health and beauty experiences for men and women across its spa, salon and studio.
