HELLO, ROSEMARY… At Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences
Dubai, April 15th, 2020
Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences, renowned for its beachfront location and Arabian-elegance, has added an exciting new Mediterranean-fusion restaurant named Rosemary to its line-up of international and Arabic dining options.
Located waterside overlooking the Arabian Gulf, Rosemary features a selection of outdoor and indoor seating with a series of private dining options for social and corporate gatherings alike. Rosemary’s carefully curated menu has been designed to be ‘shared’ with the aim of creating a fun, warm atmosphere where families, friends and communities can come together and truly connect whilst enjoying the distinct flavours inspired by the seaside dining of the Mediterranean. The restaurant will be led by Samer Saleh, Director of Food & Beverage, a strong advocate for the increasingly popular ‘shared dining concept’. Nemo Acimovic, General Manager at Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences commented, “Just like what you’d expect when dining waterside in the Mediterranean, patrons of Rosemary will have an array of sharing platter to choose from in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
“Whether it is our signature seafood paella, our 24-hour braised black Angus beef spare-ribs or our caramelised crema Catalana, we’ve carefully designed a menu full of Mediterranean favourites and ‘crowd-pleasers’ using only the freshest of locally-grown ingredients,” he added. “Giving the gourmands of Abu Dhabi a real taste of Rosemary’s Mediterranean culinary delights.” Rosemary will also unveil a new drinks menu featuring the largest line-up of Sangria flavours to hit Abu Dhabi with thanks to their inhouse mixologist, along with a wide array of other colourful refreshments including a signature Rosemary-infused mocktails. Rosemary is open daily for dinner, from 7pm to 10.30pm. ✤
