The concept behind Rocambolesco Dubai is inspired by the Italian philosophy of La Convivialità, which celebrates the joy of coming together over food. Heading the kitchen at Rocambolesco is Italian chef Luigi Stinga. The chef received the MICHELIN Guide Abu Dhabi Young Chef Award and previously spent five years at Talea by Antonio Guida, the Abu Dhabi restaurant that held a MICHELIN star between 2022 and 2025. At Rocambolesco, Chef Luigi Stinga will reinterpret Italian classics with creative twists, combining familiar flavours with modern techniques while preserving the warmth and authenticity of Italian cuisine.
