Adding to this evolution, Shirvan Hotel City Yard Jeddah is set to join Marriott’s Autograph Collection Hotels, bringing a boutique, design-focused experience to the city.
Located in City Yard Jeddah in the upscale Al Rawdah district, Shirvan reflects the city’s evolving hospitality scene through Saudi-inspired design, contemporary architecture, and social spaces. Ahead of its expected reopening as an Autograph Collection Hotel in December 2026, the property will undergo a brand positioning process, updated visual identity, and selected enhancements. Once relaunched, the hotel is expected to feature 113 rooms and suites, alongside restaurants, wellness facilities, meeting spaces, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool.
What makes Shirvan unique is that it is not a new addition to Jeddah’s hotel scene, but the next chapter of an existing hospitality story. The property opened in 2021 as The House Hotel Jeddah City Yard, one of the city’s first community-focused boutique hotels, created as a social destination rather than simply a place to stay. It was later rebranded as Shirvan Hotel City Yard Jeddah, continuing its focus on design, dining and local experiences before its transition into Marriott’s Autograph Collection. Shirvan’s evolution from a homegrown boutique hotel to a globally recognised lifestyle brand reflects the growing demand for properties that combine international standards with a strong local identity.
