Designed in Dubai, the label continues to celebrate the city it calls home, and its latest capsule, Icons of Dubai, is a tribute to the culture, traditions, and defining moments that have helped shape the Emirates.
Inspired by the cultural symbols, cherished traditions, and defining moments that have become part of the UAE’s collective story, the Icons of Dubai collection turns familiar local memories into wearable art. Designed in Dubai, each graphic reflects the people, landmarks, and traditions that continue to shape life in the Emirates, celebrating the country’s journey from its heritage to its ever-evolving future.
At the heart of the collection is a series of oversized graphic T-shirts, each telling a different story. One design pays homage to Arabian Gahwa and the hospitality that has long been at the heart of Gulf culture, while another captures Dubai’s remarkable evolution by placing the city’s 2005 skyline alongside its vision for 2026. Elsewhere, the nostalgic “Wanet” graphic celebrates the classic Ford pickup truck that became a familiar sight across the GCC, while the playful Karak or Matcha design gives a nod to one of Dubai’s favourite everyday debates. Rounding out the selection is a colourful illustration that brings together traditional wind towers, desert camels and the modern Dubai skyline, reflecting the UAE’s journey from its roots to the present day.
Alongside the statement T-shirts, the brand also features a selection of The Giving Movement’s signature joggers, leggings and shorts for men, women and children. Rather than carrying the heritage-inspired graphics, these everyday essentials make it effortless to create a sleek, coordinated look with the limited-edition graphic tees.

Founded in 2020 by Dominic Nowell-Barnes, The Giving Movement was created with the aim of using fashion as a force for positive change. Since then, the brand has become known for its elevated wardrobe staples, crafted using certified organic cotton and recycled yarn blends, while maintaining its commitment to sustainable fashion in the UAE.
The brand has become best known for its sustainable take on everyday dressing, with collections spanning everything from hoodies and sweatshirts to joggers, leggings, outerwear and modest wear.
