SIRO One Za’abeel: Inside Dubai’s new fitness-themed hotel

Set to open in 2023, it will specialise in fitness, mental health, nutrition and sleep.

If you love to start (and end) the day with a workout, then you’ll want to sprint over to SIRO One Za’abeel. Set to open in winter 2023, the new offering aims to break the hospitality mould, and create an immersive lifestyle and fitness hotel.

The fitness brand SIRO, is launching its inaugural hotel, in Dubai’s One Za’abeel development. The brand aims to fill a gap in the market, and develop an immersive hospitality experience that specialises in fitness, mental health, nutrition and sleep.

SIRO One Za'abeel

If you’re the kind of person who feels embarrassed about going to the gym, don’t sweat it. SIRO One Za’abeel will create a supportive, aspirational environment, so that guests can unlock their true potential – think of it as a retreat with a difference. So, it’s not just about getting physically fit, but looking after you’re overall wellbeing.

SIRO One Za’abeel has bought in the big guns and teamed up with Kerzner International. Kerzner has been flexing its muscles with the iconic Atlantis Resorts & Residences and One&Only Resorts, so we’re expecting big things.
