Dubai-based Sunset Hospitality Group opens four restaurants in Milan 

The restaurants include Giardino Cordusio, Gioia Pasticceria, Isola Ristorante and Sachi.

Dubai-based Sunset Hospitality Group is launching four new restaurants in Milan, Italy. The restaurants include the existing concepts Sachi and Isola Ristorante, and new concepts Gioia Pasticceria and Giardino Cordusio. Plus, the restaurants will all be located in Palazzo Cordusio Hotel, Milan, by Gran Meliá. which is near Piazza del Duomo.

Sachi can be found in London, and is now making its way to Milan. The restaurant will include an Omakase counter, a large dining area, an open terrace space and a garden. Chef Moon Kyung Soo, who has worked at restaurants from Attiko to SUSHISAMBA Dubai, is behind the Japanese dishes. The chef prides himself on creating an innovative menu, which brings together local ingredients and seasonal flavours. 

Following its openings in Bodrum, Dubai and its soon-to-launch locations, Marbella and Morocco, Isola Ristorante is now coming to Milan. Chef Francesco Bagnato will create a menu inspired by Capri, Sardinia and Sicily. The restaurant will boast Mediterranean-inspired interiors, a bar area, and an outdoor terrace. 

Gioia Pasticceria has been created in partnership with Fabio Bertoni. The concept showcases Fabio’s family’s century-long baking skills. Not only have they consulted for corporations, but also the Holy Vatican. Now, Milan will have a chance to check out the master bakers. 

If you want to celebrate, put Giardino Cordusio on your radar. The upscale Champagne bar and lounge has been created in partnership with the renowned mixologist, Giancarlo Mancino. Located in a courtyard, it will include an extensive drinks list.
