Safa Two: Inside Dubai’s hanging gardens megaproject

The dazzling structure includes an edge walk, hanging gardens and a floating infinity pool.

Dubai’s skyline is set to get a little more dazzling, thanks to its latest megaproject: Safa Two. The skyscraper is coming to Safa Park and is set to be an architectural wonder. The development will contain luxury apartments and an array of innovative amenities – a hanging garden suspended between two towers, anyone?

Safa Two

DAMAC Properties and the jewellery brand de GRISOGONO are behind Safa Two, which has given us major home envy. The structure consists of two towers, which includes Safa One and Safa Two. The towers are connected by an electric cabin, which overlooks Sheikh Zayed Road.

Safa Two is an 83-storey building, which includes MTV Crib-worthy apartments. Drawing inspiration from jewels, the building itself is oval shaped. The entrance of the tower will have a diamond curtain on the outside and ruby elements on the inside.

Best of all, there are Insta-worthy amenities: a glass slide, fog forest, edge walk deck with a 360-degree view, and four beach-inspired pools. The highlight includes a floating infinity pool, which sparkles at night. Plus, there is a hanging garden – not only does it look like it’s floating in the air, but it has a climate control system that produces rain.

Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at DAMAC, explained: “Safa Two is exclusive in every right. From its unique design to its many fascinating features, this new project elevates luxury living to a new level. The theme scarlet is used to convey adventure and thrill across the property, reflected in these features that will surely appeal to those seeking a premium, contemporary and equipped community.”

Safa Two’s residences include studios, one-, two- and three- bedroom units. The living spaces range from 400 square feet to 1,500 square feet, and boast views of the Dubai Canal and the skyline. Plus, the layouts can be modified to suit your needs, whether it’s working from home or hosting, as there are walled beds, mirror partitions and sliding bars. Apartments start from AED 925,000, and are available to reserve now.
