Galaxy Bar steps ‘Into the Future’ for its 3rd Anniversary
The exclusive venue will be hosting Insider Bar from Moscow to celebrate the occasion.
FACT award-winning cocktail lounge, Galaxy Bar, will celebrate its 3rd anniversary on Tuesday, 15 February. Tho mark the milestone, they will be hosting an exclusive guest shift with Insider Bar from Moscow, pairing up to offer an unforgettable evening, stepping ‘Into the Future’.
Insider Bar is a fantasy of the future, boasting not only a modern bar laboratory, where they create rare tastes and aromas but a unique approach to the detailed study of the quality of drinks.
The Moscow-based bartender Andrey Bolshakov will be taking over Galaxy Bar for the evening, delighting guests with Insider’s unique signature drinks. Included in their one-of-a-kind menu will be four of their cocktails, including the Patchouli Negroni, the Sea, Milk + Honey and the Oriental Americano. In honour of the guest’s avant-garde approach and Galaxy Bar’s taste for curated experiences, the anniversary celebrations will showcase holograms, along with other futuristic surprises.
Before Insider Bar’s visit, Galaxy Bar had travelled to Moscow for a guest shift in July 2021 and will be heading back to the Russian venue in March 2022. ‘Into the Future’ is part of Galaxy Bar’s exciting 12 Stars Bartending Program, a hosting initiative behind guest shifts with eminent figures of the scene, such as Paradiso (Barcelona), The Clumsies (Athens) and Lost + Found Drinkery (Cyprus).
