Papa Dubai takes mixology to another level

This new venue is like nothing the city has seen before.

Raise your hand if there are countless cafés, bars and restaurants that you swore you’d return to – but never did. And who can blame you? In a city where each new day brings with it a new opening, Dubai diners are understandably fickle. Now, a new venue is set to change this narrative, one beverage at a time. Meet Papa Dubai, a new venue located at V Hotel Dubai in Al Habtoor City and shaking up the city’s mixology scene.

Papa Dubai

Here await nine themed bars in one exquisitely designed space to create a new dining and nightlife destination like no other. Not only do they each have their own distinctive look, atmosphere and mixologists, but each bar is focused on a particular drink. We’re even told that each of the nine bars is designed to immerse guests in the culture of the country from which the drink originates. And because the art of mixology is taken very seriously at Papa Dubai, skilled artisans carefully craft an innovative and enticing drinks list that rips up the rulebook at a dedicated lab. A tantalising menu of dozens of delicately constructed and artfully presented international dishes from talented Peruvian head chef Emanuel Alvarado adds to its global flavour.

Papa Dubai

Papa Dubai is the ingenious vision of serial entrepreneur Natalia Freys, who says, “Our mixology kitchen looks like a science lab and is where our team have been experimenting for months to create a menu that is truly unlike anything else available in Dubai. Cordials, syrups and inventive drinks such as goat’s cheese gin will add exciting flavour for anybody who comes to Papa Dubai.” Along with high-quality food and drink, an exhilarating soundtrack takes guests on a musical journey that enhances their experience. Joining a string of maverick, hand-picked resident DJs, the new destination will showcase some of the best international DJs for Thursday night parties that promise to disrupt the Dubai nightlife scene.

Freys adds, “There was nothing like this in Dubai, so I decided to create it myself. I want people to have a sensory experience here at Papa Dubai. Everything from the food and drinks, to the interiors and lighting have been thoughtfully designed to allow people to move around the space and enjoy a memorable experience that you can’t get anywhere else in the city. Come for dinner, come to relax, come to meet people and party – whatever you want can be found at Papa Dubai. People can come here and have numerous experiences – at Papa Dubai you’ll never have the same night twice.”
