Located at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, STORM promises an immersive experience.

Between laidback pubs, luxe lounges, and trendy cocktail bars, the city’s nightlife scene continues to evolve, this time welcoming a futuristic new club called STORM. Located at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, the multi-storied venue opens its doors tonight and is set to feature nightly performances anchored around cutting-edge entertainment. Open nightly from 8pm to 3am, STORM is home to two club floors and a rooftop terrace.

Debuting with a launch party that kicks off at 11pm, STORM has a capacity of close to 400 people. Inside, a sense of vibrancy surrounds the venue, accented by avant-garde fittings. The interiors are dotted with experimental and industrial fixtures such as a large mask-like face, patterned neon lighting, and a uniquely shaped DJ booth. Resident DJs – DJ Jack, DJ Joey, DJ Gina, DJ Kio, and DJ & MC Canali – will take charge of the venue’s soundtrack every day of the week.

Promising experiences unlike any other, the club also houses a soundproof VIP room with floor-to-ceiling screens and karaoke equipment. Big enough to host 25 people, it provides an ideal space for private events where guests can still enjoy the club’s music. The rooftop terrace, meanwhile, offers a totally different ambience to the club downstairs. This breezy, open-air extension is furnished with cosy wicker and rattan pieces, inviting guests for a relaxed and more intimate experience. The terrace makes a stunning vantage point for sweeping views of Palm Jumeirah’s vast skyline and beyond. A private entrance allows guests to bypass the club and head directly to the rooftop lounge and bar, where everything from Japanese to French and Italian cuisine will be on offer.

Packing in events to draw in the crowds, STORM has planned immersive and musical experiences for every day of the week. Ladies wearing pink get complimentary drinks at their Touch of Pink Ladies Night on Mondays, while guests are transported to an island vacation with reggaeton beats at the Island Beats party on Tuesdays. An impressive line-up of DJs takes the booth for Depth of Storm on Wednesdays, with Thursdays dedicated to R&B tunes, followed by another troop of DJs leading the night’s soundtrack on Fridays. Guests can dance the night away on Saturday’s Royal Storm event and Sunday’s Last Dance party. Guests are welcome with a minimum spend – AED 500 per person on the rooftop and AED 3,000 for a club table, seating four people. The private room can be rented out for the night for AED 25,000 for a maximum of 25 people.
