Expect a light and flavourful mezze platter, followed by roasted tomato soup topped with burrata and basil. Next up, a creamy burrata served with tomatoes and fresh taggiasca olives leads diners to the main event – rigatoni made with wagyu beef bolognese and topped with Parmigiano.
