A chic new restaurant is bringing dinner and a show to Dubai Marina

With an Instagram account that claims “the ultimate fine dining experience in the city”, our interest has been well and truly piqued when it comes to Nova Restaurant and Lounge.

The new dinner and a show concept opens inside Address Dubai Marina on Sunday, 26 September, bringing high-end DIFC dining into the heart of the Marina. 

Nova showcases a multi-sensory fine dining experience, with a big focus on live entertainment from a range of performers, including acrobats, singers and saxophonists. 

The stylish 170 seat dining room sets the tone for an evening of sophistication with art deco stylings, Italian marble tables finished with gold accents and sumptuous teal and cream soft furnishings. Pink neon lights and dramatic black walls ensure your focus will remain on the entertainment and cuisine at all times. 

Presiding over the kitchen is Executive Chef Dogukan Duguncu, who has previously worked at La Petite Maison Istanbul, AMAN Luxury Resort in Marrakech and Nammos, Dubai. Nova’s cuisine showcases Mediterranean dishes such as Seared Scallops, Roasted Bone Marrow, Lacquered Black Cod and the seriously impressive 1.5kg Tomahawk Steak. Signature desserts include Nova’s Madagascan Vanilla Cheesecake and Lost in a Maple Bread, a buttery brioche soaked in vanilla Anglaise with caramelised banana, maple foam and coffee crisp.

Nova’s extensive beverage list will showcase premium drinks, signature serves, cocktails and grapes. There’s also a terrace overlooking the waterways, making Nova Restaurant and Lounge ideal for a date night or special occasion.
