A new healthy eating concept has landed in Dubai

Popular choices include the Nutty Chicken (AED 40) that comprises tri-colour quinoa, grilled chicken, purple cabbage, white cabbage, shredded carrots, baby spinach and toasted peanuts, all topped with a spicy ginger dressing. Elsewhere, the Fabulous Freekeh (AED 40) pairs a combination of kale, mixed greens, freekeh, goat cheese, dried figs, toasted almonds, toasted cashews, shredded beetroot and pomegranate seeds with a drizzle of cilantro-cumin dressing. The Mexican (AED 42), meanwhile, features heaps of greens with cilantro, charred corn, avocado, red kidney beans and baked tortilla – think Taco Tuesday in a bowl, but healthier.
