Experience a new kind of fusion cuisine at two of Dubai’s most beloved culinary institutions this month.
Homegrown restaurant 3Fils has teamed up with Italian hotspot Bella for a new culinary collaboration fusing the very best of Italy with a distinctly Asian twist.
This month Chef Carlos De Garza of 3Fils and Chef Nicholas Reina of Bella Restaurant & Lounge are looking to pique the interest of Dubai’s most adventurous foodies with a twelve-course tasting menu that combines elements from their specialized cuisines and will be available for a limited time only.
The 3Fils x Bella menu encourages diners to explore the intrinsic links between Italian and Asian cuisines with a nod to their flavours, signature dishes and culinary history. The tasting menu begins with a shiitake mushroom croissant with seaweed burnt cream. Uni follows it with whipped burrata and Shio Kombu jelly, and an Otoro pizza topped with chilli emulsion and koji.
The remaining courses will offer a classic Tagliolini with a unique Japanese twist and 72-hour braised short ribs with kalbi marinade, pickled apple and a fiery XO sauce.
Desserts begin with Miso crepes served alongside Amarenti cherries and dusted with Miso powder, a Timut frozen yoghurt drizzled with black cardamon oil and to end the menu, a Coffee Sorpresa.
The 3Fils x Bella menu has been specifically designed to celebrate the varied ingredients and culinary methods of two of Dubai’s most beloved venues whilst providing a wholly new experience for 3Fils and Bella’s guests.
You can experience the 3Fils x Bella collaboration with waterfront views inside the intimate surrounds of 3FILS on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 June or overlooking Burj Khalifa and Dubai Water Canal at Bella on Monday 28 and Tuesday 29 June. The 3Fils x Bella 12-course tasting menu is priced at AED 395 per person.
