A four hands dinner celebrating the very best of Indian and Latin American cuisine is coming to Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa next week.
India and Latin America’s unmistakable flavours will come together for two nights only at Le Royal Méridien Beach Resort & Spa. Esteemed chefs Vineet Bhatia and Richard Sandoval will collaborate on a four hands dinners offering two special four-course menus.
On Tuesday, 6 April, Chef Sandoval will join Chef Bhatia in the Indya By Vineet kitchen for an evening of collaborative cooking as they prepare a four-course sharing menu. Each chef will cook their own style of dishes for the menu, and guests can savour one hot and one cold starter, including gulaabi puri chaat and braised short rib tacos, before tucking into a main course from a choice of butter the chicken and poblane Chile. Dessert offers either gulaabi gang rose tres leches or churros.
On Wednesday, 7 April, the dining venue will be Maya Mexican Kitchen + Bar, where Chef Bhatia and Chef Sandoval will cook a completely different four-course menu. Diners can look forward to one hot and one cold starter, including tuna tacos and charcoal sev papdi Dahi chaat, a delicious main course of either enchiladas and short rib or quinoa Dahi magnum. The evening’s decent desserts include yellow corn cake or puchka bevda.
Aside from Maya Mexican Kitchen + Bar and Zengo at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, Chef Sandoval is responsible for Toro Toro at the Grosvenor House Dubai and VaKaVa in Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Tower, alongside restaurants in Japan, Turkey, Serbia, Costa Rica, Mexico and the United States. Chef Bhatia is the culinary maestro behind Indego By Vineet at Grosvenor House Dubai, Indya By Vineet at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, as well as restaurants in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, India and the United Kingdom.
