Indulge in Turkish extravagance at Hayal in The St. Regis Downtown Dubai

Infini Concepts is behind the new dining destination. 

The St. Regis is famed for its elegance, which extends not just to its rooms but also to its restaurants. So, when The St. Regis Downtown Dubai announced that it is welcoming a new Turkish restaurant, Hayal, we knew we had to add this to our foodie watchlist. 

Opening in mid-October, Hayal in Dubai specialises in modern Turkish dishes, which are accompanied with a side of entertainment. In Turkish, Hayal means daydream and the restaurant draws inspiration from this idea. 

Located on the mezzanine floor of The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, the new venue takes over the space previously occupied by Bleu Blanc and will have panoramic views of the Dubai skyline and the waters of the Dubai Water Canal. Plus, the vibrant décor includes colourful rugs, bright red cushions and terracotta walls. 

Bringing the flavours of Turkey to the UAE, the venue includes an open kitchen concept with indoor and outdoor seating. As for the menu, it has been created by Infini’s Head of Culinary Roberto Segura and his team. Expect succulent meats, strong coffees and rich desserts, all served with a bit of Dubai extravagance. 

Infini Concepts, the hospitality group behind the new concept, are also responsible for TABŪ in The St. Regis Downtown Dubai. In the hotel, visitors can also enjoy Italian food at Basta, afternoon tea at The Library, and cocktails at The St. Regis Bar. 

Hayal in Dubai will be open Monday to Friday for dinner, on Saturday for breakfast, brunch and dinner, and on Sunday for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
