The perfect spot for NYE celebrations has opened

French restaurant Le Rosé is located at Address Fountain Views.

There’s always something new and exciting happening in the Downtown Dubai area, but we’re particularly interested this time of year – because fireworks. Well, a chic new dining option has been added to the mix, residing on the 12th floor of Address Fountain Views. Entitled Le Rosé, the French restaurant is the latest venture by 7 Management of Seven Sisters and The Theater fame, and boasts both indoor and outdoor seating. The latter, of course, is a prime vantage point to marvel at Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Downtown skyline.

CEO of 7 management Rabih Fakhreddine said, “We are delighted to announce the launch of the first Le Rosé restaurant that will take pride of place in Address Hotel, Dubai Fountains. This is an incredibly elegant dining destination that will certainly make its mark on the city’s culinary scene. A huge amount of care and attention has been paid to the aesthetic, so visually, it will stun our guests. The food, drinks and atmosphere will also be fantastic.” Here, classic elegance reigns supreme, translating to a soft and tasteful colour palette of grey and blush pink. French art, meanwhile, adorns the walls.

Le Rosé

A delicious array of classic, yet reimagined French cuisine is available with entrées like the always comforting Soupe à l’Oignon (white onion soup with sourdough bread and Gruyère cheese) and Burrata à la Truffe (burrata, heirloom cherry tomatoes, green and white asparagus, and shaved black truffle). Le Rosé recommends beginning with the wonderfully moreish Camembert au Four, which pairs baked camembert with garlic, thyme and toasted baguette. Alternatively, the Tartare de Thon – or bluefin tuna tartar – is perfect if you’re after something lighter.

Mains are a delectable affair, with Filet de Loup de Mer au Pistou (pan-fried sea bass served with potatoes, tomato, broad beans and courgette) and Boeuf Rossini (250g prime Black Angus beef tenderloin, foie gras, wild mushroom, fondant potato and truffle sauce) on offer. And if you’re of the sharing-is-caring mindset, then be sure to try Plateau de Fromages, a selection of French cheeses, truffle honey, onion chutney and grapes.

Le Rosé

And come dessert, the Fondue au Chocolat – with a choice between white and dark chocolate – is a no-brainer. Prefer a sweet finish with an unexpected kick? The Crème Brûlée aux Framboises is accented with both ginger and coconut. Bonus: given how stunning the Burj Khalifa views are from the terrace, clearly Le Rosé is going to be a top contender for NYE celebrations. Is it 31 December yet?
