Mark your calendars for the opening of Margaux

The pastry boutique will debut at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam on 1 September.

Dubai is set to get a little sweeter with the opening of Margaux, an intimate new pastry boutique at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam. Debuting on 1 September, this unique boutique will offer a decadent selection of tarts, millefeuille and more – all of which can all be ordered online and delivered to your home. It will be located just off the hotel’s main lobby, and accented with the likes of feminine detailing, ornate mirrors, and soft lighting. As for its elegant shopfront? Adorned with delicate pastries and desserts collectively transporting guests to the heart of Paris, where the cobblestone streets are paved with chic bakeries and chocolatiers.

Margaux

In a love letter to his hometown, Margaux is the brainchild of Alexandre Dufeu, Executive Pastry Chef at Jumeirah Mina A’Salam. He joined the hotel in August 2021, having spent ten years working under Alain Ducasse at the renowned Hôtel Plaza Athénée. Inspired by French culture, Margaux will offer guests the chance to take home sweet treats in striking signature gift boxes – the perfect thank you gesture or simply a moment of decadence.

Margaux

Here, the mouthwatering menu will feature a whole host of individual French pastries – or Les Petit Choux – including the Saint-Honoré, Mille-Feuille, Tiramisu, Paris-Brest Hazelnut, Chocolate Cake, Pistachio Flan, Button Cake, Seasonal Fruit Tart, and Chocolate Éclair. And if it’s a total showstopper you’re looking for, choose from an array of Gateaux, including the Seasonal Fruit Tart, Saint-Honoré, Gateau Chocolat or Chocolate Marble Cake. Margaux will be open daily from 10am to 8pm.
