Hudson Tavern is now open at Hyde Hotel Dubai.
Five years of Doha having all the fun later, Hudson Tavern has opened an outpost in Dubai, taking up residence at the all-new Hyde Hotel in Business Bay. This rustic-meets-modern speakeasy offers a laidback atmosphere inspired by New York speakeasy vibes complemented by unique experiences, surf-and-turf dishes, specialty drinks and elevated bar bites. Led by Chef Tolga Mutlu, the menu at this new community hangout is rooted in much-loved American favourites, including the must-try Hudson Burger that’s served in a rustic house bun and paired with creamy scamorza cheese. Another standout? The All Day I Dream burger, made with a Wagyu beef patty, 24-month aged manchego cheese and a tangy garlic aioli.
Both burgers are available with an Impossible plant-based patty, perfect for plant-based diets. For a selection of elevated bites, indulge in a unique combination of caviar and crispy Hudson Fried Chicken, as well as Tuna Tacos (served in a crunchy corn tortilla and topped with beluga caviar and Hudson’s signature sauce), and Gillard Oysters (served with spicy sesame sauce and mango). Themed events will make it a must-visit spot throughout the week, including a daily happy hour, a Thursday evening brunch, and a live music night on Thursdays and Fridays.
Master mixologist Tony Paul, meanwhile, caters to all preferences, with flavour notes ranging from sweet agave and cane sugar to bolder and bitter premium beverages. Guests can enjoy drinks for all occasions with bubbles, light and aromatic grapes, and oaky and full-bodied drinks on the extensive menu.
