Sublimotion to return to Dubai next month

Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai will once again play host to the multisensory dining pop-up.

Few dining pop-ups manage to garner attention, let alone fame – then again, Sublimotion is no ordinary pop-up. The brainchild of Paco Roncero (chef and owner of two Michelin-starred Paco Roncero Restaurante in Madrid) and Eduardo Gonzales (co-founder and creative director of event management company Vega Factory), this one-of-a-kind dining experience arrived at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira in Dubai via the Spanish island of Ibiza last year, winning rave reviews for its surreal and futuristic feel.

Now, following the success of the first season, Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Sublimotion is set to return from 1 November to 1 May, 2023. Returning with a brand new show, it will once again feature ten whimsical courses that transform with every scene, complemented by interactive dishes and paired with incomparable performances. Guests can expect a culinary experience like no other, as the scenes slowly unfold around them. The theatrical show includes imagery projected onto virtually every surface, from the walls to the table, with an expert team of chefs, designers, directors, technicians and musicians all contributing to this show-stopping experience.

There will be two daily shows (6:30pm and 9:30pm), each priced at AED 5,000 per seat, including unlimited premium beverages. Meanwhile, the soft drinks and mocktails package is AED 3,500 per seat.
