Commemorating the Declaration of Independence and the formation of the United States of America, the Fourth of July holiday is renowned for its lavish fireworks displays, street parades and family barbecues. These venues are pulling out all the stops in celebration of Independence Day in Dubai this year.

In celebration of the Fourth, Black Tap has transformed their famous CrazyShake into an all-American dream. The limited-edition shake features vanilla ice cream, a frosted vanilla rim with white and blue sprinkles, a slice of cake and a cherry on top. They will also offer a Wagyu Truffle Hot Dog for the celebrations, one foot-long and topped with truffle cheese sauce, hot cherry pepper relish, crispy onions and served with fries.

Brasserie Boulud at Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk

Feel the ultimate freedom of summertime from New York to Paris with Brasserie Boulud, who will celebrate both American Independence Day and France’s Bastille Day. From 4 July to 14 July, Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk’s signature French venue celebrates Chef Daniel Boulud’s status as one of America’s leading culinary authorities with L’Aperican. This fusion of the French social tradition of L’Apéro with classic American specialities offers diners a bite of the Big Apple alongside French joie de vivre. Perry & Blackwelder’s at Souk Madinat Jumeirah

Dubai’s original smokehouse, Perry & Blackwelder’s, embraces all-things Stars ‘n’ Stripes with an all-American Independence Day menu to kick off this year’s Fourth of July celebrations. Dig into classic American favourites such as red, white and blue cheese chicken wings, Empire State sliders, Memphis baby back ribs, Coney Island hotdogs, Lady Liberty’s shrimp salad, New York baked cheesecake and toffee apples. Weslodge Saloon at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai

Taking a super-sized approach to Independence Day in Dubai, Weslodge Saloon will offer a special brunch menu featuring North America’s most craved flavours. Highlights include Oysters on arrival, Southern Fried Chicken and Grass-Fed Angus Rib Eye straight from Weslodge’s famous hardwood and charcoal grill (the biggest in Dubai). For dessert, the team have created a platter of sugar-filled dreams with pancakes drenched in salted maple syrup, lemon meringue tarts and fluffy baked cheesecake.
