A new beachside restaurant has landed on Palm Jumeirah

Villamore has opened its doors at Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah.

As summer approaches, a sense of wanderlust inevitably creeps in, with a trip to the Mediterranean earning a spot on most people’s bucket list. But when it comes to the fresh flavours of this scenic region, we’re already spoiled for choice here in Dubai – with Villamore adding to the wealth of options out there.

Taking up residence at Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah, the chic new beachside restaurant combines European culinary creativity with spectacular views of the city skyline and the Arabian Gulf. Open daily for lunch and dinner, the 225-seat Villamore comprises indoor and outdoor dining options for all manner of occasions – from intimate rendezvous to family meals – as well as a breezy terrace, rooftop, patio and bar area. With a delectable Mediterranean-inspired menu curated and prepared by Chef Silvio Carro and his team, this upscale dining experience is complemented by timeless Southern European décor with ample sunlight, expertly crafted cocktails, and friendly service.

As the sun sinks over the Arabian Gulf, Villamore’s tapas-based lunch offering evolves into an elevated evening affair. The array of tapas options for lunch are best accompanied with Villamore’s signature beverage selection, followed by an innovative dinner menu that exudes fresh takes on classic fare. Here, highlights include Pappardelle Ripiena (a dish inspired by Chef Silvio’s childhood memories of his grandmother’s exceptionally mastered fresh pasta), Ajo Blanco (a must-try cold soup enhanced with a mix of Mediterranean flavours), and Black Angus Beef with Foie Gras and Crispy Onion (a mouthwatering nod to Chef Carro’s culinary mentors back in Barcelona). “It gives me immense pride to see all our hard work come to life with the launch of Villamore,” says Chef Silvio. “I’ve always loved experimenting with classic Mediterranean cuisine, and every Villamore dish is brought to life by unique preparation and modernistic presentation.”
