Window comes from the founders of Kokoro in Dubai.

Window, a modern chef-driven concept, will debut in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai, in January 2026. FYTE Hospitality Group, the culinary team behind the acclaimed Kokoro restaurant, has announced that the new spot will celebrate live-fire cooking in a warm and intimate setting.

Window will provide a simple, contemporary night out, with soulful cooking rooted in craft and a genuine sense of community. This neighbourhood restaurant will focus on innovative live-fire cooking in a craft-driven dining atmosphere, creating a distinctive culinary journey.

Window Alserkal

The menu features fire-driven dishes, slow-cooked and simple, with seasonal ingredients. Aiming to make guests truly feel at home, the atmosphere will be intimate and inclusive, with an entirely alcohol-free menu. Centred around design and community, Window will fuse ember-toned interiors with modern design to create a luxurious space for all.

The space aims to offer a moment of calm from the city. Using natural textures, warm woods and open-fire elements, Window is an intimate venue. The dining area will bring guests close to the fire, providing a front-row seat from which to watch their dishes slow-cook over the flames. Every plate reflects precision, respect, and thoughtful intention.

Window aims to be a place where friends and family meet for a slow evening, enjoying food prepared with care. It is created for those who value authenticity, craftsmanship and connection over spectacle – mirroring FYTE Hospitality’s ethos of premium-casual dining led by community.

FYTE Hospitality will also open Hikiniku To Come in Al Qouz early next year. The venue will specialise in meat and rice.
