EVEN Hotels to make Middle East debut with wellness-centric stay in Dammam

The brand is part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced that EVEN Hotel will be making its debut in the Middle East. The first opening for the wellness-focused brand will be EVEN Hotel Dammam. Set to open in January 2029, it will showcase how to travel well. 

IHG Hotels & Resorts has worked in partnership with Marassi Al Bahr Development Company. EVEN Hotel Dammam will be located in the King Abdullah Civic Center in Dammam. The location is near government buildings, shopping, and arts and culture.

EVEN Hotel Dammam aims to redefine the wellness space, and be home to 300 rooms. The brand aims to be inclusive and personal. Each room will feature a signature wellness zone, and guests can choose between in-room fitness or calming corners. EVEN Hotel Dammam will include an Athletic Studio with areas for cardio, strength and recovery; a Soul Studio for yoga and movement; and a spa for relaxation. Plus, the restaurants will include healthy and nutritious options.

IHG currently operates 45 hotels across six brands in Saudi Arabia. The portfolio includes InterContinental, Crowne Plaza, Holiday Inn, Staybridge Suites, and voco. Plus, it has 47 hotels in the development, which are set to open in the next three to five years.
