Al Hamra Palace Jeddah
Al Hamra Palace Jeddah was originally built as a royal residence for King Faisal bin Abdulaziz. Now, Boutique Group will transform the property into a lavish hotel with 77 keys, including 32 lavish palace suites, 44 luxurious villas and one royal suite. The project aims to combine Saudi Arabia’s culture and heritage with hospitality. Boutique Group is partnering with the critically acclaimed French interior designer Jacques Garcia on the design which mixes architectural traditions, from Islamic hijazi to neo-classical elements.

Aman Resorts Al Ula
Aman is going for a hat-trick with three new hotels in AlUla. The first is a luxurious tented camp, where guests can immerse themselves in the stunning desert landscape while enjoying the comforts of Aman’s signature hospitality. Hegra is the jewel in AlUla’s crown. The UNESCO World Heritage Site is the highlight of most tourists’ trips, and it will soon be home to its own boutique hotel. The Chedi Hegra is scheduled to open by winter 2023, and is set in the heart of the ancient Nabataean site. The venue will be home to 35 rooms, a café, a spa and a swimming pool. The fine dining experiences take place in Hegra Fort; an old railway station with an exhibition, artefacts and a fully-restored train; and a sunken water basin with unobstructed views of Hegra. The Chedi prides itself on preserving historical sights, and the majority of the UNESCO Site will not be affected by construction. The hotel will be built into existing structures, which include an old railway station and Hegra Fort. Plus, the structure will be created with a combination of historical mudbrick construction and modern architecture.

The Red Palace, located north of Al-Fouta Park in Riyadh, is undergoing a revamp. This historic palace, reportedly the first reinforced concrete building constructed in Riyadh and completed in 1944, has a rich history. In 1957, it served as the headquarters of the Council of Ministers and later as the headquarters of the Board of Grievances until 2002. After its renovation by the Boutique Group, the Red Palace is set to feature an array of luxurious accommodations and amenities. Saudi Arabia is filled with exciting megaprojects. The Kingdom is building the world’s largest tower, Jeddah Tower. There are not many hotels where the check-in involves a hike. That’s just one of the many things that make Habitas’ new property in Neom’s Leyja unique. The site will be a luxury eco-tourism destination and will be set in a wadi and 400-metre-high mountains, which have been crafted over centuries. The guests check in at the welcome centre and the first hotel is a 2.8-kilometre walk. However, there will be alternative options for those who cannot trek.

Siranna
Located on the Gulf of Aqaba, Siranna will be located between soaring mountains and boast spectacular views. Even the entrance will be Insta-worthy, as it can be accessed by a boat that weaves its way through natural rock formations. The structure has been designed to complement the surroundings and preserve the landscape while paying homage to the heritage of the local area. The building is made up of hexagonal pillars, which range in height and will be home to 100 hotel rooms and apartments, which span 65 rooms and 35 residences. If guests are after adventure, there will be trails on foot and horseback. Plus, there is a beach club, fine dining restaurants, luxury boutique shops, a spa and a wellness centre.

The Oasis Hotel by Habitas
The Oasis Hotel by Habitas is a celebration of nature’s generosity. Guests will be able to enjoy the Chef in Residence programme and stargazing experiences.
