Sensation Art Gallery opens a sensational pop-up in Jeddah

Running from 12 to 13 April, will showcase Saudi Arabian artists. 

Jeddah, it’s time to paint the town. The city is welcoming the Sensation Art Gallery pop-up. Running from 12 to 13 April, it will take place on the La Maison de Obhur’s beachfront. The event will showcase Saudi Arabian artists, and here’s what you need to know. 

Sensation Art Gallery in Jeddah is now in its second edition. Located at La Maison de Obhur, the dreamy destination is a private beach club that overlooks the Red Sea, and it will be taken over with amazing art. The event brings together interactive exhibitions, aerial art, live art and live music. When you need to refuel, head to one of the pop-up cafés or restaurants. 

Sensation Art Gallery in Jeddah gives you the chance to check out emerging and established artists. The artists include Abeer, AFM, Asrar, Alwaleed Allayyani, Ibrahim Bugis, Hams, Heba Ismail, Malaikah Khan, Jana Musa, Lujain, Raydaa and Tala Qari. Highlights include Ahmad Alsulimaani’s calligraphy work, Mohammed Awad’s 3D art, Mohammed Fakieh’s landscape paintings, Abdullah Temairik illustrations and Arwa Alqarni’s large-scale paintings. 

Ghena Alghanimi and DJ Viva are the founders of Sensation Art Gallery. The pair hail from Jeddah, and are keen to add to the cultural community. Ghena is also exhibiting work and explained: “We wanted to create something unique and sensational that touched all the senses”. 

Visitors to the pop-up in Jeddah will be able to pick up gifts and partake in giveaways. Tickets are available now. Tickets start from SAR 230. Check in with FACT for the latest things to do in Jeddah.
