This Red Sea address is poised to become a cultural landmark on the Corniche.
Raffles Hotels & Resorts is famous around the world, from its first opening in Singapore to its recent opening in London. Now, it has announced that it is coming to Saudi Arabia. Raffles Jeddah will be situated in the Red Sea city and will open later this year.
Embracing the rich Arab heritage, this majestic hotel will exude sophistication with 142 guestrooms and 40 suites, all supported by Raffles’ personalised butler service. A collection of 120 branded residences extends the waterfront lifestyle, while three signature restaurants are curated by internationally acclaimed chefs.

Arrival sets the tone. A gleaming golden door gives way to a luminous lobby where handcrafted lacework motifs and iridescent columns nod to Jeddah’s historic coral architecture. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the shoreline, while works by emerging artists thread the city’s stories through the public spaces.
Robert Angell shapes the guestrooms, suites and social spaces with a refined residential touch, layering bespoke Saudi artworks and mashrabiya-inspired screens that play with light in a way that recalls Al Balad’s historic streets. Tristan du Plessis reimagines the spa and wellness journey with sculptural forms and a biophilic palette that reflects the colours and rhythms of the Red Sea. Here, guests can expect transformative programmes rooted in longevity science, delivered in spaces designed for quiet restoration.

Dining will be a highlight. Riviera channels the effortless elegance of the Italian French Mediterranean with fluid forms and a coastal palette of lilac and soft blue. Atorie Lounge & Patisserie pairs French charm with Japanese restraint for serene tea rituals and precise pâtisserie. Surl’O completes the trio as a progressive brasserie with panoramic sea views, its open interiors conceived as a stage for a culinary dialogue between East and West.
“Raffles Jeddah is more than a hotel, it is a cultural landmark that tells the story of the city’s past while looking confidently to the future. Through thoughtful design, curated art, and exceptional service, we are proud to introduce a destination that captures the soul of Jeddah and welcomes guests to experience its timeless spirit in a new way.” said Fredrik Blomqvist, General Manager of Raffles Jeddah.

The first entry into the Kingdom for the Raffles brand will soon be followed by Raffles Trojena on a spectacular mountainside in northwest Saudi Arabia, Raffles Diriyah in Wadi Hanifah, and Raffles Red Sea on Shura Island.
