The wellness-led destination will debut with six resorts, a yacht club, a marine life institute and a nature-linked Wellness Route connecting it all.
Red Sea Global has confirmed that AMAALA Triple Bay will open in the coming months. Set where the Hijaz Mountains meet the Red Sea, the destination spans three natural bays and places wellness, nature and culture at the centre of the guest experience.
“Deriving from the Arabic word for hope, AMAALA offers a new coastal lifestyle rooted in wellness right here in Saudi Arabia. Guests and residents are invited to discover and honour what it means for them to live longer, better, whether that be serene retreats or sea and sun-soaked adventures. Proceeding directly from timeless Saudi traditions of retreat, renewal and connection, AMAALA is the new home for wellness in the world,” said John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global.

Phase One will launch with six world-class resorts plus signature experiences. The 5 5-kilometre Wellness Route will thread through pristine landscapes, linking beach, spa and movement venues while encouraging mindful exploration.
Equinox Resort and Residences AMAALA is set to open with 128 sleep-optimised rooms and suites, two penthouses and 21 branded residences. The performance-minded offering includes an open-air magnesium vitality pool, a subterranean spa grotto, hyperbaric chambers, personalised IV therapies, an Equinox Fitness Club and five dining concepts.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will bring 202 keys and 25 residences set among lush landscaping, water features and refined outdoor spaces. Guests can expect six dining outlets, an expansive Kids For All Seasons programme and a Discovery Centre.
Nammos Resort and Residences AMAALA introduces a social-meets-solo wellness playground with 110 rooms and 20 apartments. Highlights include Ilios Bar for sunset views across the Red Sea and Nammos Restaurant on a private island just offshore.
Rosewood AMAALA combines 110 rooms and suites with 26 private residences. The resort is arranged into distinct zones for families, couples and dedicated spa and wellness pursuits. The Signature Asaya Spa will focus on tradition-inspired treatments, restorative activities and nourishing cuisine.

Six Senses AMAALA offers 100 pool suites and villas, plus 25 branded residences. A 3,000 m² spa will anchor the property, bringing the brand’s signature Sleep, Yoga, Fitness, Detox and Longevity programmes, visiting practitioners and targeted biohacking to elevate vitality and performance.
Beyond the resorts, AMAALA Yacht Club is poised to join the world’s premier yachting circuit with a strong events calendar that includes hosting the Grand Finale of The Ocean Race in 2027. Corallium, a three-level attraction dedicated to the Red Sea’s beauty and resilience, will blend immersive exhibits, marine displays and expert-led storytelling.
Under Vision 2030, AMAALA is designed to drive long-term impact. Phase One will total nine resorts with more than 1,600 keys, including branded and unbranded residences. The remaining three properties in Phase One are Clinique La Prairie Health Resort, Jayasom Wellness Resort and The Ritz-Carlton Resort, all slated to open in the months ahead.
Access to AMAALA Triple Bay is already straightforward via Red Sea International Airport, now served by direct flights from Doha, Dubai, Jeddah and Riyadh, with a European route to follow soon. AlWajh Airport will reopen in 2026 after renovations, further enhancing connectivity.
