Cloud7 Hotel Al Ahsa to break ground in Saudi Arabia

This multifunctional new property will combine green architecture with cultural immersion.

Saudi Arabia is experiencing a wave of mass development. New hotels are shaping the skyline in destinations like Riyadh, Neom, the Red Sea and even Al Ahsa. Adding to this landscape of innovation and luxury, a new property is set to break ground. Say hello to Cloud7 Hotel Al Ahsa.

Cloud7 Hotel Al Ahsa is part of Kerten Hospitality’s expansive vision for Saudi Arabia. This initiative is set to integrate over 20 lifestyle and mixed-use projects across the Kingdom. The hotel in Al Ahsa aims to be a multifunctional development, incorporating greenery throughout the buildings and drawing inspiration from its environment. Boasting 120 rooms and suites tailored for both short and long-stay guests, the hotel serves as a canvas for showcasing the rich cultural tapestry of Al Ahsa through the integration of local art and design elements, offering personalised experiences rooted in the community.

Ouspace and Food Souk will debut at the property, bringing together business and social innovation. Ouspace is a dynamic hub for modern professionals, fostering entrepreneurship and community interaction. Meanwhile, Food Souk introduces a social dining destination, supporting local and regional dining concepts, including startups.

With a commitment to respecting the city’s architectural heritage, Cloud7 Hotel Al Ahsa is poised to play a pivotal role in elevating Ahsa’s profile as a vibrant and sought-after destination. Cloud already operates one hotel in AlUla, and two properties are scheduled to open in Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE before the end of the year.
