SEVEN will bring Formula E attractions to Saudi Arabia

Get ready for the ultimate addition that’s set to redefine the entertainment landscape across Saudi Arabia. SEVEN is gearing up to introduce the world’s first Formula E branded attraction to multiple locations throughout the Kingdom.

This announcement was made at the Diriyah E-Prix site, where the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship races were held this weekend. Formula E, renowned for revolutionising elite motorsport with its electric racing vision, is teaming up with SEVEN to bring unique karting experiences to Saudi Arabia.

The Formula E Karting experience will be available at four SEVEN entertainment destinations in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Abha, each offering diverse karting options for adults, juniors, and dual riders. Boasting tracks exceeding 400 metres, these attractions promise extended straightaways for an unparalleled racing experience.

Abdulla Nasser AlDawood, Chairman of SEVEN, shared his excitement about the collaboration, stating, “Our strategic partnership with Formula E to bring Formula E branded racing tracks within our entertainment destinations complements our mission of creating a multiverse of entertainment offerings. We aspire to have the first Saudi car racing champion emerging from our Formula E attraction.”

SEVEN destinations across Saudi Arabia will include state-of-the-art cinemas with IMAX and VIP screens, futuristic bowling alleys, and rejuvenating wellness centres. And if you’re a Transformers fan, buckle up because SEVEN is set to bring the world’s first Transformers entertainment centre to Riyadh. This will feature state-of-the-art rides and immersive experiences that bring the action-packed world of Transformers to life.

SEVEN is investing more than SAR 50 billion to build 21 entertainment centres across the Kingdom. Centres will be opening in the Al Hamra district of Riyadh, in addition to Aseer, Tabuk and Yanbu. These entertainment parks will be designed for visitors of all ages, offering more than just rides. Themed food and drink stalls, merchandise shops, and multiple attractions will make these entertainment centres must-visit attractions across the Kingdom.
