The Yoga House in Riyadh: A new wellness centre opens

If you’re in search of zen, then check out The Yoga House in Riyadh. The new centre is located in Alyasmin, and brings together movement, sound and wellness treatments. So, get ready to find your happy place.

The Yoga House in Riyadh offers yoga classes for everyone and dedicated women’s classes. The classes cover different levels including beginners, intermediate and advanced. Plus, there are seminars and workshops, which help you learn more about the art of yoga.

Throughout the year, The Yoga House in Riyadh will welcome special guests from all over the world. The Fundamentals to Fly with Vera takes place on 19 August. Dunes Music with Ara Seferian and Dani Bogari takes place on 19 August. Sound Journey for Stress Relief with Ghalia Almadani takes place on 22 August. Plus, Yoga for Climbers takes place on 26 August.

The Yoga House in Riyadh in Riyadh is hosting an event with two of the most acclaimed Ashtanga teachers, David Robson and Jelena Vesic. Join the Ashtanga intensive course for all levels from 19 to 25 November. The sessions include immersive workshops, Mysore-style classes, and a dedicated ladies’ class.

The Yoga House offers a range of packages. Ten classes start from SAR 1,350 for three months, 20 classes start from 2,550 for 5 months, and 50 classes start from 5,775 for 10 months.

The Yoga House is open from Sunday to Thursday from 6am to 11pm, on Friday from 9am to 10pm and Saturday from 9am to 8pm.
