Diriyah Company has announced the signing of a joint development agreement with Midad Development and Real Estate Investment Company Limited to deliver the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Diriyah, adding another marquee name to one of Saudi Arabia’s most closely watched destination projects.
Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Diriyah will offer an exceptional experience with 159 lavishly furnished rooms and suites, extensive facilities for meetings and events, a state-of-the-art spa with seven treatment rooms, a modern fitness centre, and two outdoor pools with private cabanas. In addition to these amenities, the hotel will feature four culinary outlets, including a poolside restaurant and a sunset lounge for gourmet dining.
Drawing inspiration from the region’s rich heritage, the hotel’s design pays homage to traditional Najdi architectural principles, featuring low-rise, compact, and organic structures adorned with rooftop terraces and intricately decorated doors, as well as expansive courtyards.
