Designed as a destination in its own right, Aquarabia Park Hotel will rise across 12 floors and house 550 rooms that blend modern comfort with playful, water-inspired accents. Expect bright, airy spaces and outlooks across slides, pools, and headline attractions. The experience extends beyond the rooms. Multiple dining outlets and family-friendly lounges are planned, along with a private pool deck and a spa that promises a calm counterpoint to high-energy days in the park. Aquarabia Water Park is set to make its own splash. Billed as the first water park in the Kingdom and the largest in the Middle East, it will debut with 22 rides and attractions, including five record breakers. In a regional first, the park will combine both dry and wet rides, creating a broader mix of experiences for visitors of all ages.
The hotel is scheduled to open in January 2026 as part of Qiddiya City’s broader mission to establish a new entertainment hub in Saudi Arabia.
