Saudi Arabia’s Tabuk announces epic entertainment centre

The family-friendly destination includes bowling, cinemas, golf and e-karting.

Whether you have kids or are a big kid, you should put Tabuk, Saudi Arabia on your radar. Saudi Entertainment Ventures, Seven, has announced developments for a SAR 1 billion family entertainment centre. So, here’s what to expect from the fun-filled destination.

Saudi Entertainment Ventures, Seven, is behind Tabuk’s entertainment centre. The name of the venue has not yet been confirmed or the opening date, but we do know what will be inside. Located on King Faisal Road, the entertainment centre is designed as a village between gardens and recreational spaces. Spanning 72,500 square metres, visitors can choose from a wide range of attractions.

Tabuk’s entertainment centre will include a 4,000 square metre immersive family entertainment centre, and a junior family entertainment centre for the little ones. Plus, a Discovery Adventures centre in partnership with Warner Bros. Discovery, which is an indoor attraction combining entertainment with education.

Visitor experiences include a 10-lane bowling alley, 10-screen cinema and 12-hole indoor adventure golf course. Plus, Mattel’s Hot Wheels is behind an e-karting experience, which can be enjoyed by adults and children.

After all that fun, you’ll need to replenish. So, Tabuk’s entertainment centre will also be home to local and international shops, food and beverage outlets.

The entertainment sector is growing rapidly in the kingdom, and we aspire to support it to become a social and economic catalyst.”

The project is in the first phase of construction, and is part of Seven’s plans to build 21 entertainment destinations across the kingdom. Seven recently announced the construction of an entertainment destination in Al Hamra, Riyadh. Plus, other locations include Abha, Al Ahsa, Buraidah, Dammam, Jazan, Jeddah, Kharj, Khobar, Makkah, Tabuk, Taif, Madinah and Yanbu.
